Tech Articles
A Passion
There is so much to write about in the world, and tech is only one topic. However, it is almost poetic that a website made possible because of technology contains articles about technology.
The Best Phone?
Size, power, or speed...
These days, there's a phone that does everything! The Oppo Reno Ace is the fastest charging, the iPhones are fast, and almost every phone these days are BIG. Samsung dominates the camera field, and there's a struggle to be the most powerful yet most slim phone. So how to choose? This depends on your preferences.

AR or VR?
The Future Is Here...
There are lots of VR (virtual reality) headsets out there, and not that many AR. However, AR seems to be the future for many companies, with Google attempting Google Glasses, Microsoft Hololenses, Vuzix making their drone AR glasses, Epson launching their Moverio, and even Lenovo launching an AR gaming platform with Disney.
With AR, the technology allows you to use it past gaming or 3D design. You can build it into your workplace, home, school, and everyday life. However, the community around AR is spread thin. Most platforms only support a handful of games, and software for development has not yet been fully developed nor released. In retrospect, the VR library is strong, with the cardboard platform featuring hundreds of games and software, and at least a few hundred more with standalone VR. The downside here is that communication becomes nearly impossible inside the software and that immersing yourself into magnified screens can be bad for your health. AR, on the upside, is layering elements onto your surroundings, and screens are not being pushed straight into your face.
So what do you think? Would you rather have AR built into your everyday life? Or are you a proud supported of VR, immersing yourself straight into a new world?

Remember When the Internet Was "Good?"
When the World Wide Web was founded in 1989 by Tim Berners-Lee and Robert Cailliau, it was a link between scientists across the globe. It was nothing if not pure. But look at it now. Scandals, secret illegal trades, scams, and a Dark Web Silk Road. The Internet is now the most controversial topic in arguably all of modern history. Of course, there are many great things about the Internet. For example, it allowed the Arab Spring movements to overthrow many dictators in the Middle East. But the "cons" really outnumber the "pros." The information on the internet is rarely accurate, yet we've come to rely on it. The world has begun to use the phrase, "Youtube has everything," more than any of Plato or Aristotle's teachings. Tim Berners-Lee once said, "Free the Internet!" In doing so he gave the ability to use the Internet in any way to any and every person.
